Racism: Stop It! is an anti-racism project by the Canadian Government. Every year this project runs a video contest on March 21st (National Stop Racism Day)

International Organizations & Projects
The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) is a US based organization which works to protect civil rights. Their website includes information, videos and stories about racial profiling told from their perspective.

SOS Racisme is a anti-racism group operating out of France for the past 20 years. Their site includes information about their multiple projects as well as many resources.
